Tree Planting
The St. Theresa's College Alumni Batch'85, in cooperation with Bantay Kalikasan and Sky Cable is launching the Adopt-A-Tree
Project on July 9 at the La Mesa Dam watershed. For a minimum donation of P500 per tree, tree donors can name the tree,
and even join the fun in planting their own tree (which will be cared for after). The Adopt-A-Tree Project is the first
of Theresian'85's projects. These projects are geared towards raising funds not only for the 2010 alumni homecoming,
but also for other worthwhile community projects.
Theresian'85 is calling all Theresians and anyone who care about our environment to support this project.

This fund raising activity was a great success! Special thanks to the cooperation and support of our batchmates,
not only here in Manila but also around the world. We were able to plant 220 trees last July 9, 2005 at the La Mesa
Dam Watershed. And raised P50,000.00 (after expenses) and had a lot of fun in the process! We are still selling
tickets until Dec. 2005, it is never too late for you to take part. Call or email Arlene Avendaņo.
