September 24, 2005 Meeting

- Tree Planting - we were able to follow up on the tickets distributed, and more or less here
are the figures:

103 not yet paid

189 in the U.S.
There are still a number who have not participated
in this project, so we are hoping that we would be able to hear from you guys soon. Remember that
we don't have to buy the tickets ourselves, we just have to help sell it. The beauty of this project is the giving back
to our environment, which we rarely have to opportunity to do. So grab this once in a lifetime event and leave a legacy
for your children! Please get in touch with Arlene Avendaņo.
- STC Family Day - the fair is on October 29, and we learned that the booths are free, so we decided
to get one for our batch. We are selling T-shirts and Reena showed us a design which we liked. Rianna is in-charge of
this project, so she will just tell us what to do and how we can help.
- Website - the website is almost finished, with just minor additions. We also got the domain name www.stcqc85.com. After making the necessary adjustments we will be announcing it in our egroup. The website will always
be open for improvement, so let us know how to make it better. And please contribute what ever you can - an article,
a picture or a web address, anything you want to share with the rest of the batch.
